Founder & Head Coach
Brad is the founder of The Onya Boxing Club and the driving force behind the community we’ve built here on the Mornington Peninsula.
As a former Olympic and Commonwealth Games boxer, Brad brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and passion to every session.
Brad’s vision is to create a welcoming environment where people of all fitness levels can challenge themselves, learn boxing, and become stronger both physically and mentally.

CIRCUIT SERIES
Boxing. Strength. Conditioning.
A fast-paced class combining boxing and functional fitness.
Expect bag work, boxing combinations, and a challenging circuit designed to improve strength, endurance, coordination, and overall fitness.
Perfect for anyone wanting a full-body workout while learning real boxing skills.
You’ll be pushed, supported, and kept moving from start to finish in a high-energy environment. No boxing experience is needed — just bring your effort, your focus, and a willingness to work hard
THE ONYA
STRENGTH SERIES
12 Rounds. Boxing. Conditioning. Core.
The ultimate end-of-week challenge.
Over 12 rounds, you’ll move through a variety of stations including bag work, shadow boxing, rowing, SkiErg, Assault Bike, and conditioning exercises designed to test your fitness and keep your heart rate high.
During the session, you’ll step into the ring for two dedicated rounds with Brad and Daz.
The class finishes with a core burner to truly empty the tank and send you into the weekend feeling accomplished.

KIDS ACADEMY
More Than Just Boxing.
Our kids classes are designed to help young athletes build confidence, burn energy, improve fitness, and learn valuable life skills.
Through boxing-based training, we teach discipline, respect, resilience, teamwork, and self-belief in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment.
Whether your child is looking to improve fitness, learn new skills, or simply be part of a positive community, The Onya Academy provides the perfect place to grow both inside and outside the gym.

MASTERCLASS
12 Rounds. 3 Minutes. Pure Boxing.
Over 12 structured rounds, you’ll develop your boxing skills through bag work, combinations, footwork, movement, and defensive drills, conditioning with coaching and guidance from one of Australia’s most experienced boxers.
Designed to improve technique, fitness, speed, and confidence, this class is suitable for beginners through to experienced boxers looking to sharpen their skills and learn from the best.

Lift. Move. Box. Repeat.
Build strength, power, and conditioning in one session.
Start with focused strength work targeting the upper body, lower body, and core before putting the gloves on and taking your training into the boxing rounds.
A great option for those wanting to improve overall strength while developing boxing fitness and technique.

For those who want the real thing.
This class is designed for members who want to train like a serious boxer.
Expect sparring, partner work, and advanced drills that push your skills, focus, and toughness.
